Having occupied most of the processing lines market and supplied more than 70 CGL lines in China and overseas, Sunny Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. (SunnyChina) is a high-tech enterprise engaged in strip processing technology and equipment, including the technical consultation, research & design, equipment manufacture, erection, commissioning and turnkey project supply of strip processing lines.

Incepted in 2000, SunnyChina has staffed well-educated technicians mainly coming from national design & research institutes, large-scale state owned companies and study abroad persons, all of who have rich experience in engineering, design, and project construction, and always work harder and work smarter as a team to bring extra value to our customers.

Our business scope includes:
1. Supplying technical services and project construction of continuous processing lines, including design, manufacturing, erection, commissioning and training, or contract as turnkey projects, with the main lines of Galvanizing (GI/GL/GF/GA), Color Coating (CCL), Annealing (CAL), Pickling, Si-Steel And Stainless Steel Processing.

2. Supplying technical services and project construction of new type industrial furnaces, from the design to the equipment supply or contract as turnkey project.

3. Undertaking research and manufacture of both thermal equipment and environmental protection equipment with energy saving property.

4. Producing and distributing galvanized strips and color coated strips.

5. Manufacturing and distributing refractory products, such as furnace tubes, hearth rolls, radiation tubes, sink rolls, glass delivery rolls and elbows.

SunnyChina is one of the enterprises which have drafted out "Continuous Hot Dipped Galvanized Sheet and Strip Standard of China (GB/T2518-2004)". Our company has obtained ISO9001 authorized by China Quality Association, and ISO14000 Environment Management System Certificate. Moreover, SunnyChina was a national torch plan undertaking company of "wide strip continuous galvanizing process equipment complex" in the year of 2006. Furthermore, SunnyChina has perfect technique innovation systems with a provincial enterprise technique center, including strip processing R&D department, strip coating testing and training base, and super alloy laboratory.

2. Huangshi Sunny Strip Aluminum & Zinc Coating Co., Ltd. - test base, and galvanized strip, color coated strip production base
3. Huangshi Sunny Galvanized & Coating Engineering Co., Ltd. - equipment manufacture, and erection
4. Huangshi Sunny Totem Thermal Equipment Co., Ltd. - R&D, and production of super alloy products
