Tension Leveler:
Function: with the effect of certain tension viz. elongation, stretching and bending the strip so as to straighten it, improve the shape and straightness; partly eliminate the yield point elongation.
Normal parameter: strip specification: thickness 0.2-1.5mm, width: 1250 (1350) mm, yield strength ≤420Mpa, working roll: φ30-35mm×1500mm; raw material strip shape: ≤40I; after stretched strip shape: ≤8I; elongation: 0.5-2%.
